Such testing completely excludes defective products from being sold. That is why the customer may find traces of opening the factory packaging upon receipt. However, this guarantees that you will receive a product without a factory defect.

If the product turns out to be defective, the consumer has the right to exchange or return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of ordering the product with unique packaging without signs of damage or use.
