Delivery options
We deliver goods throughout Ukraine exclusively using the delivery service of Nova Poshta LLC. The buyer has the opportunity to choose a convenient method:
- Delivery to the Nova Poshta branch throughout Ukraine;
- Address delivery by courier "Nova Poshta" throughout Ukraine.
The order storage period at the Nova Poshta branch is 5 days. After the storage period, the order is automatically returned to the sender (online store). Upon receipt of the order, you can inspect the goods, check the completeness and integrity.
Shipping cost
The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer separately from the price of the goods according to the current rates of the carrier OOO Novaya Pochta. Payment for delivery is made upon receipt of the order at the branch or by courier.
In case of refusal to purchase the goods, the Buyer is not obliged to pay the cost of delivery. The approximate amount of delivery is:
- from 80 UAH when delivered to a Nova Poshta office or parcel terminal;
- from 100 UAH for home delivery by courier.
Actual shipping costs depend on the dimensions, weight of the parcel and the region of receipt.
Delivery time
The goods are dispatched within 1-3 days from the moment the Buyer places the order. If you place an order on a weekday before 15:00, it will be dispatched on the same day. An order after 15:00 is processed on the next business day. All orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched on the first business day.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta LLC - in this case, payment is made directly at the Nova Poshta branch or to the courier upon receipt of the parcel, either in cash or by card.
- Online payment – WayForPay (Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
