Public offer

This document is an official offer (public offer) of the online store sex-shop.in.ua , hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” , to conclude a contract for the sale and purchase of goods remotely with any individual who accepts this offer, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” .

Acceptance of this offer (placing an order on the website) is considered the conclusion of an agreement between the Seller and the Buyer on the terms and conditions provided below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This offer is public and in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine is equivalent to a written agreement.
1.2. The seller reserves the right to make changes to this offer without prior notice.
1.3. The fact of placing an order on the website confirms that the Buyer has read the terms of this offer and accepted it.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this agreement.
2.2. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of full payment and receipt.

3. Placing an order

3.1. The Buyer independently places orders through the website or with the help of the Seller’s manager.
3.2. The Seller confirms the availability of the goods and agrees on the delivery terms with the Buyer.
3.3. The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the operator.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. All prices on the website are indicated in hryvnia, including VAT (unless otherwise specified).
4.2. The buyer can pay for the goods by cash on delivery or online through the website.
4.3. The seller has the right to change prices for goods without notice. For a confirmed order, the price remains fixed.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine via Nova Poshta LLC.
5.2. The terms, terms and cost of delivery are discussed when placing an order.
5.3. The buyer has the right to check the goods upon receipt, including the possibility of trying them on before payment.

6. Return and exchange

6.1. The conditions for the return and exchange of goods are regulated by the relevant section of the website and the legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. Goods of proper quality for intimate purposes are not subject to return (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172).

7. Responsibilities of the parties

7.1. The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. The Seller shall not be liable for improper use of the goods by the Buyer.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays associated with the work of postal services.

8. Confidentiality and personal data

8.1. Submitting an order through the website means the Buyer’s consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
8.2. The seller guarantees non-disclosure of the information received to third parties, except in cases provided by law.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This offer comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website and is valid until revoked by the Seller.
9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.
