User Agreement – Sex-Shop.in.ua
This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the Sex-Shop.in.ua website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and is legally binding on each user (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). By using this Site, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, please do not use this Site.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Sex-Shop.in.ua provides access to products and services through this Site. The User confirms that he/she has the right to use the Site in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. Rights and obligations of the User

3. Rights and obligations of the Site owner
3.1. Sex-Shop.in.ua has the right:

3.2. Sex-Shop.in.ua undertakes to:
Ensure the continuous operation of the Site and the timely fulfillment of orders.

4. Intellectual property

5.2. After confirming the order, the User receives a notification about its status. All changes to the order will be agreed with the User.
6. Responsibility of the parties

6.2. Sex-Shop.in.ua is not responsible for loss or damage of goods during transportation after transfer of goods to courier services.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. All personal data of users is collected, processed and stored in accordance with the Sex-Shop.in.ua Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to the Agreement
8.1. Sex-Shop.in.ua has the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior agreement with the User. The updated version of the Agreement is published on the Site and comes into force from the moment of publication.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. All disputes arising between the User and Sex-Shop.in.ua shall be resolved through negotiations, and in the event of failure to reach agreement, in the relevant courts of Ukraine.
9.2. The User confirms that he/she is familiar with the terms of this Agreement and agrees with them by using the Sex-Shop.in.ua Website.
