Return and Exchange Policy
We care about your privacy, comfort and quality of service. If the order does not suit you or you find a defect, you can return or exchange the goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Return and exchange conditions
You have the right to return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Returns or exchanges are only possible if the item has not been used and the original packaging, seal, tag and completeness are preserved.
Before sending, please contact our manager to agree on the details.
Items subject to return
Poor quality - if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transportation.
Of proper quality - if it has not been used, has not been unpacked, the integrity of the packaging, presentation and complete set is preserved.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994, intimate products of proper quality that have been packaged or used cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene.
How to make a return or exchange?
- Contact us by phone or email (contacts below).
- Explain the situation: the reason for the return or the desire to exchange the product.
- Receive confirmation and shipping address.
- Send the goods via Nova Poshta service (return delivery - by agreement).
- After checking the item, we will refund or send an exchange within 3-5 business days.
Shipping cost
- In case of a shortage or defect, all return shipping costs are borne by the store.
- If you are returning a product of good quality , the buyer pays for shipping.
Refund period
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the funds within 3-5 business days to the bank account you specified.
