At sex-shop.in.ua we sell only new, high-quality and tested products that meet all standards and norms.
General warranty conditions
All products are covered by a guarantee that the product meets the declared characteristics at the time of sale.
The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects that are not the fault of the buyer.
If upon receiving your order you discover mechanical damage, manufacturing defects or other problems, be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
What is not covered by the warranty:
Damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions or hygiene standards.
Mechanical damage that occurred after delivery.
A change in appearance due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, temperatures, or outside influences.
Products that have already been used and have no visible manufacturer defects.
How to use the guarantee:
Contact us in any convenient way (phone or e-mail).
Describe the problem and, if possible, provide a photo/video of the defect.
The manager will agree on the terms of return or replacement.
If the defect is confirmed, we will send you a new product or refund your money.
