Warranty and exchange

To replace a product under warranty, it is necessary to carry out diagnostics, which can take from 3 to 14 days.

We check all goods before sending to the buyer.

Such testing completely excludes defective products from being sold. That is why the customer may find traces of opening the factory packaging upon receipt. However, this guarantees that you will receive a product without a factory defect.

If the product turns out to be defective, the consumer has the right to exchange or return it free of charge within 14 days from the date of ordering the product with unique packaging without signs of damage or use. In other cases, when the product is of proper quality, exchange and return are carried out in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.94
